Renotec
Roof coating with excellent properties…
RENOTEC® ROOF COATING is scientifically developed by specialised engineers with more than 30 years of experience in developing high-quality protective coatings for the roofing industry. Treatments with RENOTEC® will extend the lifetime of roof tiles and minimize further surface erosion. It has been developed to transform roofs from dirty and unattractive to clean and shiny.
Does your roof space suffer from moss and fungi growth? Could you be losing heat through the roof during the winter? Is the constant exposure to rainwater and extremes in weather be causing the tiles to weaken and break?
Why not add a new lease of life to your property without the significant cost implications and disruptive nature of a completely new re-roof?
At Verdi, we offer a full Roof Restoration, including replacing cracked or broken tiles and ridge tiles. Repointing areas requiring attention, therefore general maintenance and make-good of your existing roof system. We then use high-pressure washers to remove dirt, fungi, lichen, and moss, taking this down to the original tile, which is often a sandy colour. Once this has been done, a fungicidal chemical prevents moss, algae and lichen from returning.
Depending on the customer’s choice, once dry, we can apply a clear coat of proPERLA Masonry Crème which penetrates the tile, massively improving the waterproofing, breathability, and overall longevity of the roof. If you would like the roof coloured to give a brand new tiled affect a coat of specialist RENOTEC.
This unique treatment technology makes roofs self-cleaning, extremely water-repellent and minimizes long-term surface erosion.
